drinks. There is not better drink than detox water that can effectively help
you lose belly fat quickly. If you’re drinking them on a regularly basis then you’ll

recipes that eliminate belly fat:
Citrus Detox Drink:
You need ½ gallon water, 6 wedges pink grapefruit, 1 small orange, ½
cucumber, 2 mint leaves and ice. Rinse grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and mint
leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit, and tangerine (or peel). Combine all

Green smoothie:
You need half a cup cool green tea, juice of ½ lemon and 1 banana blended
in. This drink is a little difficult to prepare because it requires blending,
juicing and tea brewing. The EGCG in the green tea works together with the
lemon juice in order to detox your body rapidly. EGCG is absorbed better in an
acidic environment and in a combination with minerals like the potassium from
the banana. Another great thing about this juice is that it tastes very nice.
Lemonade:
Drinking warm water with lemon in the morning can do a lot for your health.
It is ideal for detoxing the body, burning fat, and obtaining vitamin C and
antioxidants. Combine 2 cups water, and 1/4 cup peeled grated ginger
in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and
cool. Strain ginger mixture through a sieve into a pitcher, and discard
solids. Add 4 cups water, 2 cups of fresh lemon juice and 2-3 tbsp of
honey, stir well. Store it in a water bottle, you can drink it throughout
the day. It’s very effective for weight loss, but remember that maintaining a
healthy diet is also essential.
Ginger Tea:
Surely you know about this dietary classic. It helps us burn fat, improve
digestion, and prevent fluid retention and inflammation. Not only can ginger
help with weight maintenance in general, it can also keep that pesky belly fat
at bay. Heat up 2 cups of water. Add 1-2 inch of sliced ginger to the
boiling point water and stew for 5-10 minutes. Evacuate from the stove and
add 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 tbsp of honey to
this. Blend well and have a cup of this ginger tea in the morning.
Turmeric tea:
You need half a teaspoon of turmeric, a pinch of ginger powder, juice
of half a lemon and a cup of water. Mix everything up and consume. This
juice not only flushes toxins from your liver, but it also prevents gallstones
and cleans your bowels. It also settles down your stomach after a big meal.
Turmeric is a very effective liver-detoxifying agent. Again, combining it with
lemon juice makes it even more effective. Unfortunately, this drink doesn’t
taste that well. You can definitely improve it’s taste by adding a banana, but
don’t add too much, as the sugar from the banana will slow down the cleansing
action of the turmeric.
